The quote is fixed. There are many variables we have to take into account based on the measurements and specific design of your roof, so typically no two quotes are the same. But once we provide you a written quote, that number is good for at least 30 days. Due to material cost changes, any quotes acted on after 30 days would just need to be double-checked to assure material costs hadn’t changed.

The only thing we see that can come up is once we tear off the roof for replacement, IF there is rotten wood that none of us knew about, we’d have to get the home up to code and replace some sheets of wood. However, you’d know the potential of that ahead of time and made well aware of the cost. While it doesn’t happen often, it can, and we’re always transparent.

We can typically go as fast as you want to go. Once the permits are issued, the average roof takes 2 days to finish (sometimes less) barring any unforeseen issues or weather events.

Bushes and landscaping that is around the area where the crew will be working will be tarped for protection. We also roll large commercial-grade magnetic sweepers on the property to pick up any loose nails from the tear-off. We also have a Quality Control team who will take pictures of the property prior to installation, on-site Project Managers during the project, and a final Quality Control visit post-installation for monitoring and photos to assure everything went smoothly.
