Roofing Materials & Process

The fastest and easiest way to schedule an inspection is to call us at (insert appropriate number) and select the option for “New Customer”. All it takes is a 2-minute conversation with one of our roofing specialists to clarify what’s going with the roof and pick the most convenient time for us to come out.

Schedule a quick inspection by calling us at (insert appropriate number), have a 2-minute conversation with one of our roofing specialists and we’ll schedule a time for us to come out and take a look at the roof. Once we see the roof, we can accurately provide an estimate for you right away!

Absolutely! All we need to do is come out for a quick inspection to get accurate measurements and we’ll have a written estimate for you right away. Give us a ring at (insert appropriate number) and schedule one as soon as possible.

The quote is fixed. There are many variables we have to take into account based on the measurements and specific design of your roof, so typically no two quotes are the same. But once we provide you a written quote, that number is good for at least 30 days. Due to material cost changes, any quotes acted on after 30 days would just need to be double-checked to assure material costs hadn’t changed.

The manufacturer warranties of the materials we use range from 25 years to lifetime. Our in-house warranties range from 2 years to 20 years. We’re one of the premiere roofing contractors in the country that can offer a 20-year Leak Free Guarantee on some of our roofing options.

We have access to nearly every financing option in the market at the most competitive rates and terms for home services. If you need to explore those options, we’ve got you.

Hidden fees: ABSOLUTELY NOT! Potential additional costs? The only thing we see that can come up is once we tear off the roof for replacement, IF there is rotten wood that none of us knew about, we’d have to get the home up to code and replace some sheets of wood. However, you’d know the potential of that ahead of time and made well aware of the cost. While it doesn’t happen often, it can, and we’re always transparent.

We can typically go as fast as you want to go. Once the permits are issued, the average roof takes 2 days to finish (sometimes less) barring any unforeseen issues or weather events.

We have a dedicated team of Project Managers with thousands of roofs under their belt to manage your file both at corporate and on-site during your installation.

We closely monitor weather conditions throughout all of our offices nationwide. If we have a weather event, we do our best to plan ahead and communicate and coordinate with you to get the build done as soon as possible, but also as safely as possible.

Bushes and landscaping that is around the area where the crew will be working will be tarped for protection. We also roll large commercial-grade magnetic sweepers on the property to pick up any loose nails from the tear-off. We also have a Quality Control team who will take pictures of the property prior to installation, on-site Project Managers during the project, and a final Quality Control visit post-installation for monitoring and photos to assure everything went smoothly.

We handle almost every type of roof: shingle, tile, stone-coated steel, metal, modified bitumen, and TPO. We also do both residential and commercial roof work.

Building codes and permitting requirements vary state by state. In all states we service, we comply with code and at times go above and beyond code requirements based on the roof you choose. We also handle the permitting process for you so you don’t have to worry about it.

*Prices vary by size, material, and labor. On average:
